FAQ

Do I need an account?

No. Your progress is backed up automatically and anonymously and usually comes back by itself on a new device. If you want to play on several devices, you can choose to link an e-mail address.

How does the Woof-O-Mat work?

The Woof-O-Mat gives you random dogs and items – only for bones, Woof Tickets or the daily free pull you earn in the game, never for real money. You can see all odds and rules in the Woof-O-Mat under “Odds” before you pull. At the latest, the 60th pull without a legendary result is legendary.

Does Woof Island cost anything?

The game is free to play and shows ads: optional reward videos and occasional ad breaks. Gems and some bundles can be bought optionally; “No Ads” removes the ad breaks. Purchases can be restricted in your device settings.

Is Woof Island suitable for kids?

The game asks for the birth year at first launch. Up to 13 (by birth year) there are no ads and a parental gate appears before every purchase; up to 16 there are no personalized ads and no e-mail linking.

A purchase did not arrive.

Tap “Restore purchases” in the game. If that doesn't help, send me the order number from Apple's or Google's receipt.

How do I change my ad consent?

Gear → “Ad settings”. This reopens Google's consent form, where you can change or withdraw your choice at any time. Players who turn 13 or younger this year see no ads (and no button).

How do I move my progress to a new device?

Usually it happens by itself when device backup is on (iPhone/iPad: iCloud Keychain; Android: Google backup). Safer: link an e-mail address under “Settings → Cloud save → Link e-mail” on the old device, then use “Load save” on the new one (possible if your birth year means you turn 17 or older this year).
