What is Pawshift?

In a quiet, floating world of moss and lantern light, a small dog made of light is waiting to get home.

Swipe down and everything shifts. Tap a stone and it stays put while the world slides past it. From these two moves come bridges and ferries – and soon puzzles where every move counts.

How Pawshift plays

Swipe the world

One swipe down shifts the whole world a step further.

Hold one stone

Tap exactly one stone – it stays put while everything else moves on.

Bring the dog home

Find the shortest path to earn up to three stars.

What to expect

  • 68 puzzles in six worlds, plus 12 bonus puzzles
  • A new daily puzzle every day (from your sixth solved puzzle)
  • A dog village that grows with every dog you bring home
  • Collars, charms and glow colors to collect – glow colors and collars with sparks you earn while playing
  • Undo, restart and hints – unlimited and free
  • No timers, no energy, no lives – plays offline too
  • Your progress travels with you to your other Apple devices via iCloud

Pawshift: frequently asked questions

Are there timers or lives?

No. No timers, no energy, no lives. Undo, restart and hints are unlimited and free. You only get no stars for an attempt if you reveal the whole solution or need far more moves than the shortest path (about twice as many); an earlier best result stays.

When do ads appear?

Ad breaks appear at the earliest once you have solved ten puzzles, and then at most on every third result card, when you leave it; the one-time “Ad-Free” purchase turns them off. Optional reward videos double your sparks or give sparks in the shop. Hints and every level stay free.

Can I play offline?

Yes. Your progress is stored on your device; on iPhone and iPad the app also backs up a copy to your iCloud once you are online.
