Is Runaway Tail an endless runner?
Both: 100 levels in ten worlds with three stars each – 80 on the main path, 20 on side paths – plus an Endless mode from level 1-4 and a new Daily Track every day.
Do I need an account?
No, you play without signing in. Your progress is backed up automatically: in your iCloud (iPhone and iPad) and as an anonymous copy in our cloud. If you like, link it with your Apple account – then you get it back on a new device or after reinstalling, too.
What can I buy?
A Starter Pack, the one-time “No Ads” purchase and four color drop packs. There is no random content for real money; the store shows the prices.
Can I turn off the ads?
Yes, with the one-time “No Ads” purchase. Reward videos stay optional, and your daily gift is always doubled.
A purchase did not arrive.
Tap “Restore purchases” in the game. If that doesn't help, send me the order number from Apple's or Google's receipt.
How do I change my ad consent?
In the settings under “Privacy settings” – the entry appears where Google requires consent (e.g. in the EU). On iPhone also: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
How do I move my progress to a new device?
On iPhone and iPad with the same Apple ID, this happens automatically via iCloud. To be completely safe: on the old device, go to Settings → “Cloud save” → “Continue with Apple”; on the new device, choose “Load progress from another device” → “Sign in with Apple”. Both saves are merged, nothing gets lost.
Why does the game ask for my year of birth?
So the ads suit your age: under 16, the game only shows non-personalized ads, and under 13 it also uses extra protections. Only the age group is stored, on your device.
How do I turn notifications on or off?
In the game under Settings → More → Notifications, or in the iOS Settings. The game only checks in when a festival begins or is about to end, and once if you haven't played for a few days – never daily.
Where are the leaderboards?
In the game under Settings → “Leaderboards (Game Center)” and in the Endless and Daily Track windows. You need to be signed in to Game Center on your device.
