Delete data – Doggo Dive

Directly in the game (immediately)

1. In the app: Settings → “Help & legal” → “Delete all game data” (tap twice) deletes your progress on the device and, if you are online, also the cloud backup including the anonymous account. Without a connection the cloud backup stays – delete it first while online via “Delete cloud data” (otherwise it is deleted automatically after 24 months).
2. Cloud only: Settings → “Cloud save” → “Delete cloud data” (needs an internet connection).

Without the game

• Ad data is managed by Google; change your ad consent in the app under Settings → “Ad privacy settings”. Google's privacy policy applies to data held by Google.
• Uninstalling only deletes the data on the device – the cloud backup stays. It's best to delete it in the app first.

By e-mail

If you no longer have access to the game, write to info@grubenhund.com – with your recovery code (Settings → “Cloud save”), and I'll delete the account manually. Without the code I can't match an anonymous account to a person. I delete within one month and confirm the deletion.
